MIRANSHAH, NOWSHEHRA, (SANA): Banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Spokesman Ahsanullah Ahsan has confirmed the death of TTP Commander Waliur Rehman in US drone strike. Meanwhile Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam (S) Amir Maulana Samiul Haq has condemned the incident of killing of Waliur Rehman in US drone strike in strong words.
He said that new elected governments of the country wanted to resolve these issues through dialogues. He said that the nation got new hope but the US and NATO forces through recent attacks have given new warning to the Pakistani rulers. He said that those people have been targeted in these attacks, from whom we had expectations of progress in dialogues.
Meanwhile Ehsanullah Ehsan also announced that the offer to hold talks with the incoming Pakistani government was also being withdrawn.
Ahsanullah Ahsan in a statement said that if US drone strikes would continue in Pakistan then they could not hold peace talks with Pakistani government. He said the decision has been taken after the killing of top TTP leader Waliur Rehman in a US drone attack on Wednesday.
He said TTP holds Pakistan government responsible for the drone attacks as these attacks are carried out with the consent of Pakistan authorities. He said the talk process ends here and we will not negotiate with the government of Pakistan at any level because the government is also involved in Drone attacks in FATA. He said that the moral of the Taliban is high instead of the killing of Waliur Rehman in drone strike.
It is worth mentioning here that number two of TTP and Amir of Taliabn in South Waziristan Agency Waliur Rehman was killed in the US drone strike in Chashma Pul area of Miranshah on Wednesday.
