According to a statement issued from Nine Zero—the MQM’s headquarters, the two leaders held telephonic discussions over the continued measures being taken up by Pakistan meant to uproot extremism from the country.
Contemplating on the developing national political situation, the two leaders denounced the spate of terrorist incidents starting from Peshawar Tragedy in Pakistan. “The people of Pakistan and Afghanistan alike are victims of terrorism,” they were of the view.
