Pakistanis turned berserk with extreme happiness, over cricket team’s triumph against India in Asia Cup-2014, and started celebration like a festival across the country with dance and distributing sweets . An impressive fireworks demo was arranged at Karachi’s Port Grand, where boys and girls started dancing with joy over cricket team’s historical win against India in a very crucial match of the Asia Cup-2014 on Sunday night. The youths in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Jehlum, Faisalabad, Jhang, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rahim Yar Khan, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta and other key cities of the country came out on roads in a large number and shared happiness of Pakistan team’s victory on India while dancing and presenting sweets to each other. All young boys and girls shouted loud slogans in support of star all rounder Shahid Afridi to pay tributes to him over his brilliant effort and timely sixes for sealing conquest against the traditional rival India in the tournament. Identical scenes of celebrations with dance on drum beats were witnessed in all parts of the country; youths shared these great moments with friends and fellow Pakistanis throughout the country. Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Malika Kohsar, Rawalpindi, DG Khan, Jehlum, Charsadda and other key cities were echoing with one slogan Boom Boom Shahid Afridi with drum beats. After this key victory over India, Pakistanis have gained more confidence for cruising into the Final match and lifting cup of the tournament.
