Talking to assembly members of various districts here, he said that Pakistan was passing through a critical phase and facing shortage of electricity and the menace of extremism and in such circumstances, the politics of dividing the nation is not in the interest of the country.
He said that untimely sit-ins and negative politics had increased the problems of the masses, adding only those nations have achieved progress and prosperity as have displayed unity and struggled hard for the achievement of their goal.
He said that PML-N government was making all out efforts for the welfare of the people and resolving problems of the country.
The CM stressed upon Assembly Members to keep a close liaison with the people and spare no effort for resolving their problems.
Assembly members- Ch. Faisal Farooq Cheema, Syed Hussain Jehanian Gardezi, Sardar Badur Khan Mekan, Pir Khizar Hyat Shah Khagga, Ehsan-ul-Haq Bajwa and Ch. Muhammad Akram met the CM while Provincial Minister for Cooperatives Iqbal Channar was also present on the occasion.
