All you have to provide is the block of land to house your new home.
For sale in the Philippines: your own private island. The Lamudi Philippines website has an entire section dedicated to islands. Stretching 140,000 square meters, Tondaje Island is now on the market. The 140,000 square meter island is one of the last left to buy in the Calamian Islands. This slice of luxury is located just five minutes away from Oson Island or 10 minutes from the mainland.
