ISLAMABAD, (SANA): The guidelines for foreign ministry to take up the Kashmir dispute at the international forums have been devised.
The Special Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir due to the recognized position of Kashmir dispute at the international level has sent letter to foreign ministry for taking up the Kashmir dispute at the international forums.
The Kashmiri leadership has also been informed about this letter. The committee has clarified that the Jammu and Kashmir is not the integral part of India but is the accepted matter of self determination by United Nations Organization.
The committee said that India itself had brought the matter of Kashmir dispute at the UNO that is why the position of Kashmir as international dispute is recognized.
The letter has been written to the foreign ministry; meanwhile it is said in the letter that Pakistan has the right of taking up the Kashmir dispute at all international forums and the case of Pakistan is strong in this regard.
According to sources the Kashmir committee has asked the foreign ministry to use these guidelines for taking up the Kashmir dispute at international forums.
