KARACHI, (SANA): At least eight persons were killed in the result of the different incidents of violence in karachi here on Tuesday; meanwhile rangers while carrying out a targeted operation in Gulshan-e-Bonir area of Landhi arrested 31 suspects and recovered heavy cash of arms.
Two persons were killed in the result of the firing of the unknown persons in Federal B Area of the city. According to police the killed include one robber and citizen. In another incident two dead bodies were recovered from a stream in Malir Memon Goth. The unknown persons killed them after kidnapping.
Akbar Aziz was killed in the result of the firing of the unknown persons in Korangi 5 Number area of the city.
Muhammad Daud was killed in the result of the firing of the unknown persons in Bilal Colony area of Korangi. Another person was killed in the result of the firing of the unknown persons near the Hamdard Chowk in Nazimabad area of the city.
Meanwhile rangers detained 31 suspects and recovered arms from their custody during targeted operation in Gulshan-e-Bonir.
According to details, para-military forces, on a tip-off about the presence of accused involved in Landhi blast, launched targeted operation in Gulshan-e-Bonir area of Landhi and arrested 31 suspects. The arms seized by the forces included 13 Kalashnikovs and others.
The Rangers operation was aided by helicopters. Nearby area was cordoned off before the launch of operation.
Raids were also conducted in Bufferzone, Liaquatabad and Surjani town. Several suspcts were also apprehended during the raids.
It may be noted here that father and son were killed and 18 others arrested in a blast near cigarette cabin in Landhi on Monday.
