ISLAMABAD, (SANA): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has said that his government has no programme to move ‘Hiba Bill’ in the KPK province. He said operation in the North Waziristan Agency would be opposed, adding that the peace could only be established through Jirga in the area.
In an interview with a private TV channel here on Friday, KPK Chief Minister said, while opposing Kala Bag Dam, that the Dam would result sinking of Peshawar, Nowshera including the other areas.
He claimed to make such developments in the province, which would force people to forget Shahbaz Sharif. On the issue of NATO supply, CM said that they would be in line with foreign policy of the country in this regard.
He said that the treasury is never empty and income of the year is deposited in the treasury, adding that they are pretending who are saying there is nothing in the treasury.
He said that now society would not choose SHOs; however, they would introduce community police. The CM said that earlier we were slave to the and now we are slaves to US; he said that if PTI had formed government in the centre, it would not have taken loan or aid from the US and would have depended on our own resources.
Chief Minister said that federation should build a national policy to establish peace and army should be taken into confidence in the issue. He pledged to form a commission of honest experts to establish a transparent system in the province, adding that everyone would be accountable in the province.
By bringing reforms, KPK would be made an ideal province and the province would be developed in accordance with the wishes of the people, corruption would be eradicated and there would be introduced equivalent education system in the province, so that child of poor could become doctor, engineer and ruler, he said.
The CM said that Imran Khan has confidence in him. He said that he is living in his own house and would keep on living in his house in the future. he said that there are more rooms at his house as compared to number of rooms at chief minister house.
He said that he never think to be part of corrupt government and his party gave 30 percent tickets to youngsters so that new leadership should come forward which is not corrupt.
He said no change would be brought in the name of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the name is unanimously concluded and they do not aim at to bring any resolution which causes differences in the province in the assembly.
On a query regarding Hazara Province, Pervez Khattak said party Chairman Imran Khan has said that a commission would be formed in this regard, which would decide over the formation of new provinces.
