Pak-Egypt signs five MoU, executive Programme for cooperation in different fields

ISLAMABAD, (SANA): Pakistan and Egypt on Monday signed five Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and an Executive Programme for cooperation in different fields.

President Asif Ali Zardari and his Egyptian counterpart Dr. Mohamed Morsi witnessed the signing ceremony.

MoU for cooperation in the field of Money Orders and International Postal Services was signed by Secretary Postal Services Javed Iqbal Awan and Egyptian Ambassador to Pakistan Saeed Hindan.

The MoU for Cooperation in the field of Merchant Shipping was signed by Secretary Ports and Shipping Dr. Khawar Jameel and Egyptian Ambassador.

Secretary Board of Investment of Pakistan Shahid Rashid and the Egyptian Ambassador signed the MoU between BOI and General Authority of Free Zones and Investment of Egypt.

Secretary Information and Broadcasting Agha Nadeem and the Egyptian Ambassador signed the MoU between Middle East News Agency and Associated Press of Pakistan.

Document for 3rd Executive Programme for Scientific and Technological Cooperation between Pakistan and Egypt for 2013 to 2015 was signed by Secretary Science and Technology Akhlaq Ahmad Tararr and the Egyptian Ambsssador.

Chief Executive Officer of Small and Medium Enterprizes Development Authority of Pakistan Sardar Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera and Secretary-General of Special Fund for Development of Egypt Dr. Ghada Wali signed the MoU for cooperation between the two organizations.
