Earlier, the anti-terrorist court (ATC) Rawalpindi accepted a request of the Balochistan Police for inclusion of the in the investigation of the Akbar Bugti murder case.
A team of the Balochistan Police interrogated Musharraf at his farmhouse in Chak Shahzad which has been declared a sub-jail.
The interrogation lasted for four hours after which the five member team left the sub jail.
Meanwhile Anti Terrorism Court judge Muhammad Ismael Baloch conducted hearing of the Bugti murder case and directed the defence counsels that nominated accused Aftab Ahmad Sherpao and former provincial minister Shoeb Nowsherani should be presented in the court on next hearing. Both of the accused are on interim bail.
Crime branch’s investigation officer has submitted his written report in the court that his team has left for Islamabad in order to arrest ex-president Musharraf. The hearing of aforesaid case was adjourned till May 16.
