President Syed Mamnoon Hussain has said that the whole nation should support armed forces in war against terrorism. He said government and armed forces of country are fully prepared to fight war against terrorism. He said efforts of government and armed forces would continue till the elimination of terrorism from country. He said the armed forces and whole nation is united to face the challenges facing by country. He said country is passing through a difficult time. He said the causes of menace of terrorism in the region are of international level. He said the government will overcome the energy crisis from country in next five years.
Addressing the convocation at National Defense University President Mamnoon Hussain has said the nation and its Armed Forces have stood together and made invaluable sacrifices, despite experiencing grim challenges.
He said the government is making all out endeavours to trigger the process of reform and recovery, economic revival and stabilization of internal security.
He said the people of Pakistan wish to collectively realize the Pakistani dream of peace and prosperity.
President said that the government is giving priority to ensure internal security and revive economy.
He said the nation and its armed forces have stood together and made invaluable sacrifices, despite all challenges.
The President expressed the hope that Pakistan will soon overcome economic crisis. He said energy crisis will be resolved during the tenure of the incumbent government.
Mamnoon Hussain said people want Pakistan to be a peaceful and prosperous country. He said all segments of society will have to play their role to make the country corruption-free.
The President said war against terrorism will continue till elimination of terrorists. He said people of Pakistan are very courageous and valiant and will overcome all challenges by adopting a united national agenda.
President Mamnoon Hussain said that the government and military were ready to fight terrorism together.
The president emphasised that it was essential that hurdles not be placed in front of the government in its effort to eliminate terrorism from Pakistan.
According to the president the challenges faced by Pakistan would be eliminated once development projects launched by the government were completed. He said 22000 megawatt electricity would be produced in the result of the projects initiated with the support of China.
